Parrots

It started with a budgie... it almost always does. Parrots have been part of our lifestyle for most of our lives, both growing up with pet budgies it has only ever evolved from there. The joy of watching these intelligent and beautiful animals interact with each other and us is such a joy. We couldn't imagine life without them.

We do offer a select few species as hand raised pets. We have reduced the selection over the last 12 months due to family and work commitments. This means we may not have the same variety that we have had in previous years. We are still planning on raising White-bellied Caiques, Conures and Amazons.

Amazons

Amazon Parrots are the most talented talkers and can mimic sounds and voices with precision. We breed both Blue Fronted Amazons and Yellow Crowned Amazons. We often hand raise these babies as they make beautiful companion birds.

White Bellied Caiques

The White-Bellied Caique is one of our favourite species. They are full of charater and it is never a dull moment with a caique in your life. We do also hand raise these babies. They only breed once a year and numbers are very limited

Conures

Conures have become the majority of the birds we keep. We keep are variety of species in multiple pairs, this means we can usually put an unrelated pair together for you at the end of the season. The varieties we keep are:

- Pineapple/ Cinnamon Green Cheeks

- Rose Crowns Conures

- Black Capped Conures

Other Smaller Parrots

We breed and keep a variety of other small parrots including:

- Cockatiels

- Purple crown Lorikeets

- Varied Lorikeets

- Rainbow Lorikeets
